This camper is priced to sell you could save thousands of dollars

You
are bidding on this 27 ft Dutchmen Lite Camper This
camper has very low miles on it as the owners that
bought it new did so to park and stay in it on their property
while they built their new home on the property. So, it went
straight from he local RV dealer to their property.
Once their
house was built, it was used it for extra sleeping quarters
when they rarely had company -- so it has never seen the open
road. All seams and seals are tight - just like it was new.
They had no children -- so this camper has only had responsible
adults in it. Very very clean - no leaks.
This
camper has a open feel to it. The eat-in kitchen
which seats 4 adult comfortably. There is a 3 burner stove/oven
and microwave all are black and look very modern and sleek.
There is a double sided white sink in the kitchen as well.
The
entry is centrally located with a queen island
bed in front. The living area is in the center along with
the eat-in kitchen with three burner stove and oven combination
and a refrigerator and freezer. There is a large three seat
sofa that turns into a comfortable full-size bed for sleeping.
There
is an plenty of lovely built in cabinets for
extra storage throughout.
The
bedroom has a queen size bed with two night stands
and beautiful cabinets overtop the bed and mirrored cabinets
on the sides of the bed as well as underneath the bed is all
easy to access huge storage.
This
eat-in kitchen has a booth with nice size
table and two sides for sitting which will seat 4 adults comfortably
with storage underneath both seat sides to hold any items
you will need for your next trip.
The
bath is located in the back of the camper next
to an extra storage room with a pantry. The
large bathroom has a bathtub and /shower combination and sink
with mirrored medicine cabinet and a sky dome with built in
fan for extra air circulation and extra light.

the rear of the camper where there would
usually be two bunk beds has been converted into a desk
area for computer. The owner of this unit is a carpenter,
so it is really well built.
Below
shows extra floor space in rear desk area with easy access

and, there is room on the walls to install additional shelves
or cabinets.

This Dutchmen Lite LE Camper as shown in this ad has not been professionally cleaned -- new owners generally prefer to personally have items professionally cleaned upon their purchase.
The
interior: please see interior on the
pictures provided. Shows little wear -- (see photos).
In the rear of the camper where there would usually
be two bunk beds has been converted into a desk area
for computer - see photos. Original bunk beds are
not available. There is built in shelves as the desk
and extra closet hanging space.
The
exterior: The outside body is in good
condition some wear due to age (as shown in the pictures).
It has normal signs of usage, some small scratches,
and a small dent on the front left (see photo.) .
As the intention when this camper was bought was to
never go on the road - so this camper needs a jack
and spare.
The
complete paperwork and Manufacturers owners manual,
stove, refrigerator, LP Gas hot water heater, furnace,
Samsung Microwave, AM/FM Stereo CD manual and all
other appliance manuals are included.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT
UPON CLOSE OF AUCTION
 This
is an auction for the sale of this
2003 Dutchmen Lite LE Camper.
This auction closes on a Sunday evening. As such,
a partial payment of $1,000 (US) is expected to be
made via Pay Pal (or by bank wire transfer) by the
successful winning bidder within 48 hours after winning
this auction - received by us no later than 6PM (Eastern
Standard Time) Tuesday.
Please note: If partial payment is not received following this auction's end by Tuesday 6PM -- 2NicePeople reserves the right at our discretion, to either cancel the sale without notice to the winning bidder, and to offer this item on a 2nd chance to the next highest bidder, or relist this item at auction.
Once the partial payment is made, we must then receive payment in full within three business (3) days of receiving the $1,000 partial payment.

Call and make final arrangements to personally pick
up the Dutchmen

Florida (34474), or make
arrangements to have the vehicle picked up by
an auto transport company (auto carrier). Usually
campers are picked up by buyers, but if necessary
we will be delighted to also help you check on the
lowest cost and make arrangements to have the camper
shipped or delivered to you.
Once
the camper is paid for in full, if you need additional
time to make arrangements
for pick up or arranging shipping,
we will be delighted to allow the vehicle to physically
remain with us for up to 7 additional days. If you
need longer pickup time, please let us know.
