Internet Sales Service Works
We
like to keep it simple.
Call us; make an appointment to bring your high value vehicle to Tom’s Cars of Ocala dealership where we will review with you the potential world-market sales value for your unit. If that value meets with your acceptance, we consign your unit at our dealership and handle every aspect of the sale with our unique consignment service.
First, we research the USA and global marketplaces, then we develop and create a personalized winning sales strategy for your vehicle with one goal: To obtain you the highest sales price at auction in the global market.
Next, your vehicle gets a professional photo and video shoot and ad description – all custom shaped to match the most effective Internet and eBay® marketing approach to command the top sales market price for your item.
Then, when your ad is ready we launch and manage your ad; handling all buyers and every detail of the sale. We answer all questions from prospective buyers (phone and email
inquiries) - you remain anonymous (we do all the work :)
Upon successful sale, before your vehicle is released, we verify the buyer’s identity, collect funds in full and ensure all funds have cleared. We handle all presale and post-sale details, including arrange delivery, coordinate shipping and final delivery of your vehicle to the buyer (thing like obtain and provide shipping and insurance
quotes, coordinate any third party inspections, arrange payment financing if necessary, collect and pay sales tax, etc). It is customary that buyers pay all shipping costs. You obtain top dollar for your vehicle!
You pay nothing up front. We deduct eBay fees and our service fee from your sale’s final settlement. In the unlikely event the vehicle does not sell, upon pickup of your vehicle you pay only eBay fees – you pay us nothing. Usual eBay fees are about $75.00 per each ad, plus a final value sale fee of $50.00. Total eBay fees are $125 to $275.
